Welcome home

I like details... So I thought I'd share some of my favourites from my little home! Sometimes this is all I need to put a smile on my face, like that cute dog keeping me company while washing up... Or take a glance at a stormy sea and feel happy to stay inside, warm and comfortable. But I admit these things aren't always enough, everybody can have a bad day;) Still, I hope you'll enjoy the peek! Oh, and please drop by my new blog from Studio Søtten!

Yes... it's still winter..

Here's some more studio work for you, as usual I can't stop being drawn into the animal world.. I think an exhibition with selected animal works is inevitable and hopefully something I will succeed to show this year! I also had to share this cute bear with you- made in a hurry by Trine:)

And then some more winter...

From Paris and back to Winterland

I woke up today and felt like I stepped right into Narnia. Everything is covered under this beautiful white blanket called Winter... I like it.
I recently took a short trip to Paris to see the 'Maison et l'Objet' exhibition as well as visiting a good friend. The exhibition felt like an endless, big mall with some interesting stuff, but it was a bit too much for me. I had a much more inspiring walk at the old market place, pictured above and following. The last two photos show Trine in our studio and one of my paintings in progress.
